The Bionexus PCR premixes are convenient, ready-to-use
solutions for all your dna amplification needs.

Taq Polymerase Premix contains a mixture of 2X concentration of thermostable DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, the stabilizer, and loading dye. Contaminations are avoided, and high reproducibility ensured for a large number and diverse array of samples. Our solutions possess a unique reaction buffer and stabilizing agents which show a high specificity and stability at room temperature for at least one month.

PRODUCT COMPONENTS:
Each vial contains 4 ul or 10ul of 2X concentration master mix. When adding the template and primers, it results in 20ul or 50ul, containing the following:

Experimental Protocol: Prepare PCR premix and add template DNA (5-50ng for 20ul rxn or 10-100ng for 50ul rxn) and primers (5-10pmole for 20ul rxn or 10-30pmol for 50ul rxn). Add water to make the final volume of 20ul or 50 ul.
