Bionexus Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable recombinant DNA polymerase that exhibits very high primer extension activity. The enzyme is isolated from Thermus aquaticus has both a 5'-3' DNA polymerase and a 5'-3' exonuclease activity. However, this enzyme lacks 3'-5' exonuclease activity i.e., no proofreading ability), so it leaves an A-overhang which makes the enzyme ideal for T/A cloning.
